Baltur DL 4E-1 30Z pressure switch

The Baltur DL 4E-1 30Z pressure switch, art: 0005040093, is used to control the air supply / differential pressure, flue gases and other neutral gases. It reacts to extremely low pressure drops. It is not designed for contact with flammable gases. It is used in automatic control systems for boilers and furnace installations. The switching point is adjustable in the range from 0.5 to 4 mbar.

The membrane sensor, heat-treated in accordance with LSR-Membransystem standards, is certified and tested in the EC, and complies with DIN EN 1854. Materials with low gas permeability were used in the manufacture of the instrument.

The compact housing with a lid is made of glass fiber reinforced PBT plastic. The working membrane, sensitive to pressure changes, is made of durable butadiene-nitrile rubber. The contacts are protected against dust / moisture according to IP44 standard. An AMP connector is used for electrical connection of the relay. The instrument is equipped with flat plugs, a connecting tube, and an adjusting screw.

Installation and operating conditions

Installation is carried out on a vertical (recommended) or horizontal surface. Installation with the outside facing down is allowed. In the vertical position, the sensor triggers clearly in accordance with the set pressure parameters. In other cases, the relay will switch at a pressure higher or lower than the set value. Various methods of attaching the relay to the working surface are provided.

The relay operates stably at ambient and operating temperatures from -20 to +80 °C. Condensation and icing of the instrument are not allowed, because. this will lead to its incorrect operation or failure.

Application

Upon request of the buyer, the DL..E relay can be supplied with only one normally closed contact, for example, for stationary connection to the boiler control system.
