The multifunctional regulation and safety module for a 1-stage burner is designed for a pressure of up to 360 mbar. Compact dimensions allow installation of the device in burners from most well-known manufacturers. The multi-block can be used to work with gases of families 1, 2, 3 and other neutral gaseous media. The rapid closing of automatic valves leads to an instant shut-off of the flow and prevents emergency situations in case of surges or other problems in the supply gas pipeline.

• The gas equipment has a compact design that combines two fast-acting solenoid valves of class A, a relay, a pressure regulator, and a dirt trap.
• The solenoid shut-off valves have a common control, which increases the reliability of the safety block and the heating boiler as a whole.
• Both automatic valves close quickly. The first opens quickly, the second – slowly, which contributes to a smooth ignition of the burner.
• The multifunctional device is designed for a gas supply pressure of 15 to 360 mbar. It is used for burners with a single-stage operating mode. The device is easily integrated into the gas pipeline using Rp 1"-2" threaded connections.
• The housing and components of the multi-block are made of corrosion-resistant materials: aluminum, steel, brass, siloprene, butadiene-nitrile rubber. The electrical protection of the module complies with the IP 54 standard.
• The built-in preliminary filter cleans the gas from dirt particles and impurities, protecting the valves from damage and maintaining their tightness. Installation of the main filter in the gas pipeline is mandatory.
• The pressure sensor fixed on the housing continuously monitors the presence of minimum pressure before the first solenoid valve.
• The regulator stabilizes the gas pressure, bringing it to the parameters set by the settings. Pressure regulation is carried out automatically. Setting the output pressure values is carried out during installation and commissioning.
