Ecoflam BLU 1200.1 PAB TC gas burner

Modification from the Italian Ecoflam BLU burner series. Operates in a 2-stage power regulation mode, with a smooth start. Supplied with a standard combustion head conforming to Class 2 according to EN 676. Suitable for most boilers and heat generators with a capacity of up to 960 kW.

Main parameters:

• working environment: natural gas, liquefied gas;

• heat output range: from 260 to 1200 kW;

• protection of electrical contacts from dust/moisture according to IP40 standard;

• maximum sound pressure level: 80 dB;

• gas connection parameters: Rp 1 1/2"/ Rp 1 1/4"/ Rp 2".

Combustion system

The Ecoflam BLU 1200.1 PAB TC gas burner, art: 3144043, burns gas quietly and cleanly. In terms of NOx emissions, it complies with Class II environmental standards.

Design and functionality

• The burner is equipped with an adjustable combustion head, which is easily positioned in the heat generator. Compatible with different furnace configurations. Quick access to the nozzle simplifies burner maintenance.

• The built-in fan forces the air flow for combustion, creating conditions for optimal mixing and easy overcoming of furnace resistance.

• The burner functions are automated. The SIEMENS LME 22 burner controller ensures safe and stable combustion in case of voltage fluctuations in the power supply network and external temperatures. It stops the burner in case of insufficient power supply.

• A separate gas ramp with the necessary devices (gas pressure relay, filter, leak detector, valves) is easily mounted on the burner body.

Operating conditions

The gas burner is designed for installation inside premises with an air temperature of -10...+60 °C and sufficient ventilation. High humidity, large amounts of dust, and aggressive fumes are not allowed in the boiler room.
