Application area
The stationary separator is designed to clean diesel fuel, kerosene and gasoline. It is used for filtering petroleum products in closed or open tanks.
This is especially relevant for transport companies with their own refueling network. It is also important that fuel consumption is significantly reduced when vehicles run on separated fuel.
Principle of operation and комплектация
The installation is mounted on a metal platform and consists of two filter flasks and a pump. The first container performs preliminary cleaning of medium depth (up to 50 microns). Then the fuel, through the pump, enters the second flask, where the final filtration phase (up to 15 microns) and water separation with a purity of 93% take place. Ease of maintenance is achieved with the help of those installed on each flask:
- air bleed valve at initial start-up;
- pressure gauge for monitoring filter cartridge contamination;
- nozzle for taking samples for quality control;
- fitting for cleaning the filter with compressed air.
Reliability and quality guarantee
The diesel and gasoline cleaning separator of this model operates confidently in conditions from -30 to +45 degrees. C.
All parts of the Fixed filtering kit are treated with an anti-corrosion compound both outside and inside.
The cartridge life before replacement is 1 million liters.
