Gespasa FG-1000 filter separator

The most high-performance filter-separator in the Gespasa range, FG-1000. FG-1000 fuel filters with a separator are used to filter diesel fuel, kerosene, gasoline, and aviation fuel (JETA and AVGAS).

This equipment is unrivaled where it is necessary to clean fuel in large quantities. A throughput of 1000 liters per minute is provided by three filters mounted in parallel on a stationary platform.

Multi-stage filtration with a depth of 50 and 15 microns, 93% water separation guarantee the output of fuel of impeccable quality.

Filter equipment:

Each filter is equipped with a pressure gauge, a contamination sensor, and valves for draining sludge and venting air.

Special outlets for connecting hoses with compressed air allow cleaning the filters without prior dismantling. In addition, fuel can be drawn through these outlets to check its quality.

The resource of each installed replaceable cartridge is 1 million liters.
