Piusi Filtroll 12V Diesel filtering station

The Filtroll 12V Diesel mobile diesel cleaning station is a universal equipment manufactured by the industrial enterprise Piusi (Italy). The filtration unit is assembled on a metal frame equipped with wheels. The station can be moved around the serviced facility without the use of additional equipment or devices, which reduces maintenance costs.

Application area

The filtering station of this model (diesel fuel filter) is powered by 12 volts, which determines its application area. Features of the cleaning process

At the first stage, the bottom filter installed at the end of the suction hose separates large debris larger than 100 microns.

Next, the medium-degree cleaning element comes into play, removing water emulsion and sand particles over 30 microns.

The process is completed by a fine filtration device with a depth of up to 5 microns.
