The PIUSI HA40151400A open reel for lubricant is designed to deliver viscous lubricating fluid over a distance of up to 15 meters under significant pressure. The nominal hose pressure is 160 atmospheres, and the maximum is 400 atmospheres. The drum has a wear-resistant design, is designed for intensive use and dispensing large volumes of grease. 

Features and design

• The reel is equipped with a powerful built-in spring. The single-support open design is made of wear-resistant metal, subjected to anti-corrosion treatment for the reliable operation of the product throughout its service life. 
• The dispensing hose is neatly wound onto the reel. Side panels are provided to protect the user. 
• Mounting on the working surface is carried out using a special support with holes for bolts. Installation is carried out on any surface: floor, ceiling, wall. 
• Guide rollers reduce hose friction during winding and help maintain its performance for a long time. 
• The hose can be pulled out completely to its full length or partially, depending on the distance to the service point. After 1/4 turn, the stopper fixes the hose in a given position. 
• The reel design provides a limiter that prevents the drum from locking when the hose is fully unwound.
• The diameter of the connection with hoses at the inlet/outlet is ¼ inch.
