Description
The Piusi ST E120 Filter high-performance fuel dispensing unit with an automatic dispensing nozzle is developed by the Italian company Piusi, a leader in the manufacture of reliable and functional equipment for pumping and accounting for fuels and lubricants.
It is used to complete underground and mobile diesel fuel distribution points. The mini-gas station is intended exclusively for non-commercial refueling of vehicles. Power is supplied from an alternating current source with a voltage of 220 V.
Piusi ST E120 Filter комплектация:
- electric drive with an aluminum frame with a power of 1150 W and a maximum load of 5.7 A;
- self-priming vane pump with a bypass valve with a capacity of up to 85 l/min;
- high-precision mechanical flow meter K33 with a measurement error of ±1%;
- dispensing nozzle with a swivel coupling and automatic fuel cut-off, preventing overflow from the tank;
- pressure hose — 6 m, (it is possible to order a suction hose with a length of 4 m);
- non-separable fine filter with the possibility of water separation.
Model advantages:
- the electric pump is equipped with thermal overload protection, which will prevent overheating and failure of the electrical part;
- simple installation, not requiring professional skills and special tools;
- reliable sealing of flanged and threaded connections, allowing operation of the fuel distribution column at low temperatures;
- the possibility of calibrating the fuel meter.
The mechanical flow meter K33 has two scales for accounting for the pumped volume: a three-digit - resettable and a cumulative - with 6 digits. It is possible to complete the Piusi ST E120 Filter + A120 mini-gas station with a K33 meter of various versions with a convenient location of the scale for reading.
