Description

Mini gas station for gasoline PIUSI ST EX50 12V + K33 ATEX + Clear captor + automatic gun – a universal column for fast and safe fuel distribution in field conditions. Performance reaches 50 l/min, and the pressure head – 10 meters.  A feature of the autonomous dispensing unit is double fuel filtration, which provides additional protection of the working units of the refueled equipment and fuel dispensing equipment from wear and tear. A mechanical counter with a resettable and cumulative scale and an accuracy of 1% is provided for accounting for oil products. 

Terms of Use 

The column is connected to a 12-volt battery and requires regular disconnection from the network to cool the engine. Maximum continuous operating time – 30 minutes. 

Recommended operating temperatures: from -10 to +40 degrees.

Basic kit and features 

  • The miniature column consists of high-quality components, designed for long-term use and operation in open areas. The pump housing has explosion, dust and moisture protection. 
  • The self-priming vane pump is equipped with a bypass valve, which prevents equipment failure when the flow is temporarily blocked by the gun.
  • The automatic fuel tap contributes to convenience and increased safety of operations. The gun is equipped with a swivel coupling and a holder. 
  • The mechanical flow meter has an accuracy of 1%, 2 counting scales and a calibration function. 
  • Fuel passes through two stages of purification. At the first stage, the bottom filter with a check valve retains all large contaminants, at the second stage, the fine filter removes particles larger than 30 microns. The gas station kit includes a spare cartridge for filter replacement. 
  • During operation, the equipment emits a small amount of noise, not more than 70 decibels.
  • The kit includes a 4-meter pressure hose with a diameter of 3/4 inch. The suction hose is not included in the basic set. It can be selected and ordered separately.
