Description
The Riello MB 420/1 - RSM 30 gas manifold, art: 3970233 is used as part of single-stage gas burners to regulate and ensure the safe operation of the gas combustion system. Supplied assembled. Complies with European standards EN 161.
Application
The gas manifold is designed for installation in industrial gas combustion systems with maximum and minimum gas pressures of 360 and 15 mbar, respectively. Equipped with a regulator to adjust the gas supply pressure in the range of 4-20 mbar.

- class A, group 2 execution according to EN 161;
- protection of electrical components against dust and moisture according to IP 54 standard;
- permissible ambient air temperatures -15...+70 °C;
- operation from 230 V, 50 Hz mains;

Main elements
The manifold is equipped with a safety valve, a single-stage control valve, and a pressure stabilizer. A filter is installed at the flow inlet to filter out solid particles and impurities. A built-in relay monitors the minimum gas pressure for safe system operation, eliminating the possibility of flame extinguishing.
