Description

To complete heating systems operating on liquid fuel, the French company Suntec has developed a gear pump with a counter-clockwise shaft rotation, model AE 77 C 7380 2P. The equipment has a high level of reliability, optimal performance – 113 l/hour, and simple installation to the electric motor using a splined connection ∅32 mm.

Operating Features

The device is equipped with a valve to change the pressure, which does not have a shut-off function, but this drawback can be easily eliminated by installing an electromagnetic valve.

The pump is used in two-pipe and single-pipe fuel supply systems. The first option provides for standard equipment, the second – a slight intervention, consisting of removing the bypass plug and installing a plug with a washer to block the return line.

Accumulated air from the system is removed automatically in a two-pipe connection or through nozzles – in a single-pipe connection.

Operating Principle

  • The AE 77 C 7380 2P pump model for burners has a simple construction. The movement of the fuel mixture is carried out by a gear pair, which produces suction from the tank, pumping through a preliminary filter with a cross section of 20 cm² and feeding to the nozzles.
  • Normal operation of the pump is possible with a fuel viscosity of 2 to 75 mm²/s and a temperature regime of 0 to +60°C.
  • Despite its high performance, the unit has a small weight – 1.3 kg and compact dimensions.
