Description

For the completion of diesel burners with a capacity of 400-3000 kW, we offer to buy the efficient Suntec AJ 6 CC 1000 4P fuel pump. The device pumps 248 liters of fuel with a viscosity of 5 cSt at a pressure of 20 bar per hour.

Design and features

  • The model is basic and comes with a valve that regulates the supply pressure within 10-20 bar. A locking function is also implemented. The speed of flow closing/opening depends on the pressure setting.
  • A feature of the model is the use of ring seals on the supporting surfaces of connections with the pipeline (suction channel and return line), as well as a reduction in internal pressure losses.
  • The Suntec AJ 6 CC 1000 4P fuel pump is designed for both 2-pipe and 1-pipe connection. In the latter case, the bypass plug should be unscrewed from the “return” hole and the channel closed.

Design and operating principle

The most loaded unit is the gear mechanism. When the gear rotates, fuel is pumped from the tank and directed to the adjustment valve, and then under the necessary pressure – to the nozzle. Before that, it passes through a built-in filter.

With the help of a screw regulator, the basic pressure setting (12 bar) can be changed in the range of 10-20 atm. At the same time, it is necessary to monitor actions with a pressure gauge. Connection of measuring instruments is performed on a standard thread made in accordance with ISO 228/1.

Excess fuel that has not reached the nozzle drains back into the tank in 2-pipe systems or returns to the gear teeth in 1-pipe designs.
