Weishaupt WG10N/1-D gas burner, 3/4, ZM-LN design without a thermal lock

The Weishaupt WG10N/1-D, 3/4, ZM-LN version without a flame shutter, art: 23212624 gas burner is distinguished by a high level of environmental friendliness. It belongs to the LowNOх series. It operates on natural gas. Automatic operation provides high efficiency, convenience and safety of operation.

Power regulation

The burner operates in a smooth two-stage mode. The load level changes based on the heat request. When equipped with an electronic regulator, a power modulation mode is available.

Main functions and components

• The combustion manager controls the operation of the burner. Using connected devices (sensors, relays, etc.), the automation monitors the pressure of fuel and air, the strength of the flame signal, the operability of built-in components and the entire system. A connector is provided for connecting the system bus.
• Every 24 hours of continuous operation and upon registration of failures, a controlled restart is performed for self-diagnosis of equipment.
• The air supply system pumps air into the furnace under pressure, which improves the mixing of the gas-air mixture components and increases the quality of combustion.
• The volume of air and gas necessary for combustion is regulated by a servo drive mechanically connected to the gas throttle. The air damper automatically closes when the burner stops, preventing heat loss.
• The burner is supplied with a multi-block configuration, which performs the functions of equalizing gas pressure, filtering the flow, controlling the supply/locking of the gas pipeline with the help of solenoid valves, monitoring gas pressure, checking the tightness of the shut-off valves.
• The presence of a flame is checked at all stages of operation. In case of flame loss, the burner automatically turns off by command of the combustion manager. Multicolor indication is provided to control the operation of the burner.

Operating conditions:

• location of the gas burner – closed, clean rooms;
• air temperature: -15...+40 °C, humidity: < 80%, condensation excluded;
• air supplied for combustion must be dry, clean, dust-free, vapor-free, and free of aggressive substances such as chlorides, fluorides, halogens, etc.

If it is impossible to ensure the supply of clean air from the working room, the manufacturer recommends using an air intake system from outside (from another room, the street).

Application

Additional equipment

Weishaupt WG10 gas burners can be equipped with additional equipment if necessary. Upon request of the buyer, they can be equipped with an extension of the flame head, a time counter, a solenoid valve for air pressure relay (for continuous operation of the fan), an external air intake system, a remote unlocking device, an intermediate flange, a gas overpressure relay UB50, a ball valve with a flame shutter, a power regulator, a W-FM 21 combustion manager.
