Baltur BTL 20 diesel burner

The Baltur BTL 20 diesel burner, article number: 35630010, is designed for equipping household and industrial boilers and heat generators of medium power. It operates in a single-stage mode, with a regulation range of 118.6-261 kW. The burner is characterized by reduced emissions of nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere (class II according to EN267). It easily adapts to thermal installations of various modifications thanks to the sliding flange. Automation controls all stages of combustion and shuts off the fuel supply to the burner in non-standard situations. The burner is used for boilers operating under atmospheric or slightly overpressure. The working medium is liquid fuel with a viscosity of up to 1.5°E/20°C.

Device and features

• The burner operates from a 230-volt electric motor with a power of 185 W, equipped with a high-performance centrifugal fan. The housing is cast from an aluminum alloy. The degree of protection of electrical equipment is IP40.

• The design is suitable for combustion chambers of various modifications. A sliding flange is provided for installation on the boiler, allowing precise placement of the burner nozzle in the boiler furnace.

• For control and management of functions, the burner is equipped with an LMO 24 burner automation system according to EN 230. A photoresistive sensor controls the presence of a flame.

• An air intake with a throttle valve is provided for adjusting the flow of combustion air, a head with a steel firing tube. An adjusting screw is provided for adjusting the opening of the air damper.

The Baltur BTL 20 diesel burner kit includes a 7-pin connector for electrical connection, an insulating gasket, 2 hoses, a filter, a nipple, fasteners, and a DANFOSS B (S) 60° nozzle.
