Description
The replaceable filter element for FG-100 filters is developed by a well-known Spanish company that manufactures a wide range of equipment for working with fuels. It provides a high degree of fuel purification from the smallest solid impurities and water.
Application area
The Gespasa filter cartridge is used for installation on high-performance fuel dispensing systems used for dispensing gasoline, diesel fuel, and kerosene.
Design features
The separation device is made in the form of a double mesh metal glass, between the walls of which is located a paper filter material. The device has a number of the following properties:
- high degree of purification – does not allow particles of debris larger than 5 microns to pass through;
- deep water separation function – up to 93% separation;
- good performance – flow rate reaches 105 l/min;
- long service life – resource is 500,000 liters.
Operating conditions
- This filter model is installed strictly before the suction unit.
- Replacement is carried out after the resource is exhausted or when the pressure drops significantly in the working line.
