Description

The gear fuel pump for the AS 47 A 1536 6P 0700 burner is presented by the French manufacturer Suntec. The device is designed to supply diesel fuel to the nozzle line under a pressure of 7 to 14 bar.

The AS series implies the presence of a built-in electromagnetic valve of the "normally open" type, which is used for quick opening and closing of the supply channel regardless of the frequency of rotation of the electric drive shaft.

On the website of the company "ANKAS" pumps for burners of various modifications are offered, which are in demand in heating systems for residential and commercial premises.

Device and principle of operation

Diesel fuel from the tank flows to the rotating gear pair by means of a vacuum in the suction cavity. During this process, it passes through a detachable mesh filter with a working area of 6 cm², which filters out rust, debris, chips and other impurities.

After passing through the gears, the fuel enters the pumping cavity under the electromagnetic valve, which operates in two positions:

  • Interruption: fuel does not enter the nozzle, but completely drains through the open bypass channel.
  • Resumption: the liquid overcomes the resistance of the locking mechanism, while the bypass shuts off the line to the drain.

Thus, in the AS series model, there is no dependence between the process of supplying the working fluid and the number of revolutions of the electric motor.

Main advantages:

  • fuel supply is controlled by an electromagnetic valve;
  • the presence of a standardized G⅛" port for a pressure gauge and vacuum gauge;
  • Suntec pump is used in single-pipe and two-pipe fuel supply systems;
  • high degree of protection against the ingress of water and dust inside the mechanism - IP54;
  • quick adjustment of fuel pressure with a screw;
  • thread diameter of the suction and return line G¼";
  • small weight - 1.1 kg.

The Suntec AS 47 A 1536 6P 0700 pump with a capacity of 39 l/h is used in liquid fuel burners Weishaupt, Baltur, Elco, Lamborghini with a power of up to 1000 kW. Electronic control and pre-setting of the device will automate the entire process of the heating system.
